Made with 100% synthetic fiber, paint pockets filter media is uniquely designed to trap paint spray and powder coating overspray in industrial or automotive applications.

The three-dimensional diamond-shaped structure on the surface increases the filter area by more than double, compared to flat-designed filters. More filter areas mean higher spray mist or powder holding capacity, allowing collectors to capture and hold much overspray. The structure prevents the filter from being saturated too early, resulting in a longer filter service life and higher arrestance performance before airflow restriction is reached.

The bottom of the paint pockets filter media is composed of multiple high-density fiber layers that are able to effectively capture and retain even the tiniest overspray particles, which means more than 99.5% arrestance efficiency.

Thanks to its built-in grid pads that always maintain the shape, resisting twisting, bending, or breaking. Given the paint pockets filter media’s high performance, it is able to extend the lifespan of secondary more expensive air filters in the stream by 300%.
