O filtro de algodão de efeito médio aumenta a camada de fibras finas de resistência à fratura e a densidade da camada de fibras aumenta gradualmente ao longo da direção do fluxo de ar. A resistência à tração é alta e a resistência é pequena.

Após a pulverização ou imersão, o pó de alta temperatura permeia completamente o meio para evitar a quebra e o desprendimento da fibra. Ao mesmo tempo, partículas de poeira não conseguem passar. O corpo principal é composto de solvente antivolátil e não contém organossilício.
